How to use these templates
- Pick a deck by occasion: a pitch, a business review, a school project, a lesson or a celebration.
- Click "Use this template" and describe your talk, such as "Q3 review for the sales team, revenue up 12 percent", or attach a document to build it from.
- Change single slides with prompts like "split slide 4 into two" or "make the title slide bolder", or edit text directly.
- Download as a .pptx and open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
Building a presentation people remember
- One idea per slide. If a slide needs two headings, it is two slides.
- Write slide titles as conclusions, such as "Churn fell by a third after onboarding changes", not labels like "Churn".
- Use the stats layout for your three most important numbers. Large figures with short labels are read before anything else on a slide.
- Put the detail in speaker notes and an appendix, not on the main slides.
