Marketing plan presentation template

A seven-slide marketing plan for a campaign, a launch or the year ahead: goals, audience, the key message with proof points, channels and tactics, budget, and how you will measure results. It is built to get a plan approved in one meeting, with the detail in your speaker notes rather than crammed onto the slides.

How to use these templates

  1. Open the marketing plan and tell the AI the brand, the period and the main goal, for example "a coffee subscription brand, Q1 plan, 2,000 new subscribers on a $15,000 budget".
  2. Ask it to "suggest three channels with one tactic each for this audience", and keep the ones your team can actually run.
  3. Fill the budget slide with real numbers split by channel, and set one metric and target per goal on the measurement slide.
  4. Download as PowerPoint to present, or upload the file to Google Drive to open it in Google Slides.

Frequently asked questions

What should a marketing plan presentation include?

Goals, target audience, key message, channels and tactics, budget and how success will be measured. Larger plans add a market or competitor summary and a timeline; ask the AI to add those slides.

How many slides should a marketing plan have?

Seven to twelve for an approval meeting. Put supporting research in an appendix or a separate document rather than adding slides.

Can I use it for a college marketing assignment?

Yes. Ask the AI to base it on the company in your brief and to add a SWOT analysis slide, which many marketing courses ask for.

Does it work with Google Slides?

Yes. Download the PowerPoint file, upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Slides.
