PNG to PDF converter
Combine PNG screenshots, diagrams and scans into a single PDF. PNG is lossless, so text in screenshots stays crisp in the PDF instead of picking up JPG blur.
How to use PNG to PDF converter
- Choose one or more PNG files. You can mix in JPG, HEIC or SVG too.
- Images become pages in the order you add them. Pick page size, orientation and margins.
- Download one combined PDF, or one PDF per image.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to transparent areas in a PNG?
PDF pages are white, so transparent areas show as white in the PDF. Edges stay sharp because the PNG is embedded without lossy recompression.
Why is my PDF larger than the PNG files?
It should be about the same size, because PNG data is stored losslessly. To shrink it, run the PDF through Compress PDF afterwards.
Can I combine PNG screenshots into one PDF report?
Yes. Add the screenshots in the order you want the pages, and keep "Put all images in one PDF" ticked. Choose A4 or US Letter with a small margin if the PDF will be printed, or "Same as image" to keep each screenshot at its own size.
Is my file uploaded?
