Combine PDF files into one
Put several PDFs together into a single file: an application packet, a set of receipts for an expense claim, signed pages returned separately, or chapters exported one by one. Add the files, put them in order and download one combined PDF, without uploading anything.
How to use Combine PDF files into one
- Choose all the PDFs you want to combine. You can add more files in a second batch.
- Use the arrows to put the files in the order the pages should appear, and remove any you added by mistake.
- Press Merge PDF and download the combined file. Each file's pages stay in their original order inside it.
Frequently asked questions
Is combining PDFs the same as merging them?
Yes. "Combine" and "merge" mean the same thing: the pages of several PDFs end up in one file. Nothing on the pages is changed, so text stays selectable and forms look the same.
How do I combine only some pages from each file?
Pull the pages you need out of each PDF first with Extract pages, then combine the smaller files here. To drop a few pages after combining, use Delete PDF pages.
Can I combine scanned documents and photos?
This tool combines PDFs. Turn photos into a PDF with Images to PDF first, then add that PDF here alongside your other files.
The combined file is too big to upload. What now?
Run it through Compress PDF with a target size. Combining adds the sizes of all the files together, so a packet of scans often needs compressing before a portal accepts it.
Are my files uploaded?
Your file is processed in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers.
