Terms of service

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you use MoA. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

MoA offers AI tools to create and edit documents and presentations, templates, and file tools for PDFs and images. The service is currently free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may introduce paid plans; we will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.

Your content

You keep ownership of the files, text and other content you bring to the site and of what you create with it. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to run the features you use, as described in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to use any content you upload or process, and for how you use what you create.

AI output and templates

AI can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content made for others. Check it before you rely on it or share it.

Templates and generated documents (for example letters, invoices, receipts, salary slips or resumes) are general starting points, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Check requirements that apply to you with a qualified adviser or the relevant authority.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, create or spread malware, harass or deceive people, create forged or fraudulent documents, or generate content that sexualises minors or promotes violence.

Do not try to disrupt or overload the service, get around its limits or security, access other people's accounts or data, or use automated means to scrape it or resell access to it.

We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk.

Accounts

You can sign in with your Google account to save files. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu, which also deletes your saved files.

Saved files have size and number limits, shown in the app. Keep your own copies of important work; download it if you need a backup.

Third-party services

Some features rely on other services, such as Google for sign-in, OpenRouter and AI model providers for AI features, and Cloudflare for hosting. Their own terms apply to their services.

No warranty

MoA is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that files or output will be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will show a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
